Customer Service Representative
Parental Leave Cover | Fixed Term Contract (March 2026 – April 2027)

KLINGER Australia is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team at our Gladstone, Queensland site on a fixed-term parental leave contract from March 2026 to April 2027.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely service.
About the Role
As part of our Customer Service team, you will support customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing, and ongoing service support. You will liaise closely with internal sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders accurately using the Epicor ERP system
• Maintain customer records and interactions within HubSpot
• Proactively follow up and expedite customer orders
• Liaise with internal sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Provide internal support to field sales personnel
• Escalate customer complaints and service issues as required
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and respectful team culture
About You
You will bring:
• Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales role
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• ERP system experience (Epicor experience highly regarded) A positive, proactive, and customer focused approach
