Why You’ll Love This Role
Join the team as a Client Support Team Member and make a real difference. You’ll be responsible for answering all incoming calls for all clinics and helping with all call inquiries, supporting clients, managing a centralised inbox and prioritising referrals. Client support act as the link between the clinics and the clients.

What You’ll Do
- Provide consistent service following Kieser standards.
- Resolve or escalate client issues promptly.
- Ensure consistent phone experience for all clients.
- Focus on ongoing Client Service Clinic campaign(s).
- Make outbound calls when needed.
- Maintain professional email correspondence with practitioners and clinics regarding bookings and appointments.

Must-haves
Valid working rights in Australia
- Essential Pass Year 12
- Essential Experience working with computerised systems
Nice-to-haves:
- Desired 1-year reception/clients service experience
- Desired Experience in medical or strength and conditioning environment
