Product Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team in North Sydney, New South Wales. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the development and enhancement of our accountancy products. Your expertise will help us meet the evolving needs of our clients and ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the accountancy sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and beyond.
• Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements to inform product development.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on user feedback.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and specifications.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective product launch strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
