With exciting new opportunities emerging in the Shepparton region, we are seeking an experienced Casual Water Cart Driver to join our growing team.

About the role:
This position is best suited to an experienced operator who is confident working on large civil projects and can contribute both behind the wheel and on the ground when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a water cart safely and efficiently across a range of civil projects
- Dust suppression for bulk earthworks, roadworks, and construction activities
- Working across pipelaying, road construction, and general civil scopes
- Completing daily pre-starts and maintaining plant to a high standard
- Monitoring water levels and ensuring efficient usage on site
- Assisting with labouring duties as required
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
What the ideal candidate looks like:
- Proven experience operating a water cart in a civil construction environment (essential)
- Water truck ticket (essential)
- White Card (essential)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in civil construction preferred
- Strong awareness of site safety and environmental controls
- Ambitious and determined with a strong work ethic
