Position Overview
Keystone Civil is a diverse and dynamic civil construction company delivering projects across road infrastructure, renewables, bulk earthworks, and pipeline works. With a growing presence in Mildura, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of key projects in the region.

Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Supervisors
- Coordinate daily site engineering activities to support project delivery
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Support weekly program tracking, reporting, and project coordination
- Manage site documentation, including daily diaries, QA records, site instructions, and as-builts
- Assist with procurement activities and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management Plan and project specifications
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews to ensure works are delivered in line with program requirements
- Assist in developing and maintaining short-term lookahead programs
- Monitor progress, production, and project costs
- Support safety, environmental, and quality compliance onsite
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated civil construction experience is essential
- Previous experience in civil projects such as road construction, bulk earthworks, water / sewer infrastructure, pipelines, or land development
- Strong understanding of site-based engineering and project delivery requirements
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Must be willing to relocate to Mildura
- Valid driver’s licence
