Who we are:

Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil construction company, is expanding its operations in Mildura with a strong pipeline of road infrastructure projects, bulk earthworks, renewables, and pipeline works. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Road Supervisor to join our team and lead the delivery of key road construction projects in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead road construction crews onsite (including Leading Hands, labourers, machine operators, and subcontractors) to deliver planned daily activities
  • Plan and allocate works, monitor progress, and ensure road construction activities are completed efficiently and to schedule
  • Lead daily Pre-Start meetings, clearly communicating tasks, hazards, and control measures
  • Review and coordinate short-term lookahead programs with the project team to ensure alignment with milestones
  • Interpret and apply road design drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliant construction
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, encouraging reporting of Near Misses, Non-Conformances, and Incidents
  • Work closely with Project Engineers to understand production targets, cost codes, and crew requirements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed daily site diaries
  • Identify and recommend improvements to construction methods, processes, and systems to enhance productivity and value

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Road Supervisor / Civil Supervisor / Foreman / Leading Hand)
  • Strong background in road construction and earthworks projects
  • A proactive leader who enjoys solving problems and supporting team success
  • Ability to drive high-quality outcomes and take pride in project delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised worksite
