Position Overview
Keystone Civil is a diverse and dynamic civil construction company delivering projects across road infrastructure, renewables, bulk earthworks, and pipeline works. With a growing presence in Mildura, we are seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our team and support our project teams in the region.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to project teams and department managers
- Maintain vendor and supplier information across company systems
- Collect, track, and enter delivery dockets into project registers
- Assist with generating reports and taking minutes for meetings
- Coordinate PPE and site consumables for project teams
- Order and supply consumable items to project sites as required
- Coordinate training and onboarding requirements through local RTOs and client portals
- Assist project teams with purchasing goods and services, including accounts payable support
- Add and remove users from relevant company software and client portals
- Coordinate events, meetings, and project-related activities across the company
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
About You
-
Formal qualifications are required, ideally in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- An Engineering qualification is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Must be willing to relocate to Mildura
