Position Overview:
Keystone Civil is a diverse and dynamic civil construction company delivering projects across road infrastructure, renewables, bulk earthworks, and pipeline works. With a growing presence in Mildura, we are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of key projects in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Supervisors
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project delivery
- Support weekly program tracking, reporting, and project coordination
- Assist with procurement activities and supplier coordination
- Support the implementation and compliance of the Quality Management Plan
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers are engaged in line with project requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily diaries and site records
- Assist in developing and maintaining short-term lookahead programs
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Some exposure to civil construction (through internships, placements, or project work) in areas such as road construction, water/sewer infrastructure, land development, or earthworks
- A strong interest in quality, safety, and environmental practices
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
- Strong time management skills and a willingness to learn how to manage budgets and track production
