At KeyInvest, we are building a modern, customer-focused financial services organisation. As part of our continued growth and transformation, we are seeking a Marketing Manager – Digital & CRM to drive impactful, data-led marketing that directly supports sales outcomes and customer engagement.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on execution, optimisation, and turning strategy into measurable results.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Sales & Distribution Officer, you will lead the execution and optimisation of digital and CRM-led marketing activity across the business.

You will play a key role in shaping customer journeys, enabling sales performance, and driving conversion through well-planned, well-executed campaigns and automation.

Working closely with Sales, external partners, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure marketing activity is aligned, compliant, and delivering clear commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Sales Enablement

  • Lead the delivery of targeted, mid- to bottom-of-funnel campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention

  • Translate sales priorities into clear, actionable marketing initiatives

  • Partner with Sales to support campaign execution, communications, and growth objectives

  • Ensure all marketing activity delivers measurable commercial outcomes

CRM, Customer Journeys & Automation

  • Own and optimise CRM-led campaigns, lead nurturing, and engagement journeys

  • Build and enhance Salesforce and marketing automation workflows (e.g. onboarding, education, retention)

  • Partner with Sales on lead management, scoring, and pipeline visibility

  • Maintain strong data governance, segmentation, and reporting integrity

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Act as the central coordination point across internal teams and external agencies

  • Establish and maintain efficient marketing processes, workflows, and prioritisation

  • Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and governance requirements

  • Provide clear internal communication on marketing initiatives and performance

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics

  • Use insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and delivery speed

  • Drive ongoing optimisation of marketing processes and tools

About You

You are a commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of digital, CRM, and sales enablement.

You bring:

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing operations at a senior level

  • Hands-on capability with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms

  • Experience working with external agencies in a partnership model

  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to support sales growth and conversion

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a regulated environment

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compliant messaging

  • High levels of autonomy, judgement, and professionalism

Experience in financial services or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing, Professional Writing, or Financial Planning (desirable)
