KIT Program Analyst & Third-Party Supplier Manager to play a critical role in the delivery of the KeyInvest Improvement Transformation (KIT) program and the strengthening of our third-party governance and procurement framework.

This role operates within the First Line of Defence and is responsible for ensuring transformation initiatives and vendor engagements progress through the appropriate governance, approvals and control processes, supported by high-quality evidence and documentation.

You will work closely with Technology, Risk, Business Leaders and external vendors to ensure KeyInvest’s operational resilience framework remains strong, compliant and audit-ready.

About the Role

This role has two key areas of focus:

1. KIT Governance & Assurance

Act as the internal First Line assurance lead for the KIT program, ensuring initiatives meet governance and control requirements before progressing through executive, Board and regulatory oversight processes.

2. Third-Party Management & Procurement

Own the operational delivery of KeyInvest’s third-party procurement, vendor lifecycle management and contract operations, ensuring engagements meet risk, compliance and operational resilience standards.

Key Responsibilities

KIT Transformation Governance & Assurance

  • Lead the coordination and quality assurance of KIT evidence and closure packs
  • Ensure initiatives meet governance, control and documentation requirements
  • Track remediation actions and maintain structured, audit-ready artefacts
  • Coordinate governance submissions and approvals across Executive and Board forums

Third-Party Management & Procurement

  • Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle from engagement and due diligence through to contract management and exit
  • Lead procurement and vendor selection processes, ensuring risk assessments and approvals are completed
  • Maintain third-party risk registers, contract repositories and supporting documentation
  • Identify and escalate control gaps, emerging risks or compliance issues

Vendor Performance & Value Monitoring

  • Monitor vendor performance against service levels and contractual commitments
  • Provide reporting and insights on vendor cost, performance and value realisation
  • Identify trends or systemic issues across third-party arrangements and coordinate remediation actions

Skills & Experience

Technical & Industry Experience

  • Experience in technology operations, application management, vendor management or digital product delivery
  • Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of APRA standards including CPS 230, CPS 234 and CPS 220
  • Experience managing third-party technology providers or managed service providers
  • Understanding of operational resilience, technology risk and governance frameworks

Delivery & Leadership Capability

  • Strong organisational and delivery skills in complex environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
