At KeyInvest, we are delivering a significant transformation program (KIT) to strengthen how we operate, manage risk and support our people.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to support the Chief of Staff, contribute to the KIT program, and assist with People & Culture initiatives that enhance our workplace and culture.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on coordination role sitting at the centre of the organisation.

You will provide critical administrative and coordination support across:

  • The Chief of Staff Office
  • The KeyInvest Improvement Transformation (KIT) program
  • People & Culture initiatives, including WHS and employee engagement

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, strong governance, and well-coordinated internal activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Chief of Staff Support

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support including diary, meetings and travel.
  • Prepare agendas, collate papers and track follow-up actions
  • Manage correspondence and maintain clear action tracking

KIT Program & Governance Coordination

  • Support governance forums, meetings and executive sub-committees
  • Maintain action trackers, registers and documentation
  • Track decisions, milestones and follow-ups across stakeholders

Operational Risk & Documentation

  • Assist in maintaining documentation, evidence packs and audit-ready records
  • Support governance and assurance processes through strong record keeping

Internal Events Coordination

  • Coordinate internal events, workshops and engagement activities
  • Manage logistics, communications and stakeholder coordination

People & Culture Support (WHS & Culture)

  • Assist with WHS initiatives and safety communications
  • Support wellbeing, engagement and culture programs
  • Help prepare internal communications and materials

Delivery Enablement

  • Reduce administrative friction and improve coordination across teams
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and organisational priorities

About You

You are an organised, detail-oriented coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting leaders and teams to deliver outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Experience in administration, coordination or project support roles
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint)

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting projects, governance or risk documentation
  • Exposure to event coordination or employee engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) processes
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
