Description

6 Month Contract

KeyInvest is seeking a Business / Process Analyst to join our Rapid Process Design & Uplift Squad, supporting a critical transformation program focused on operational resilience, process uplift and service integration.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for someone who can turn policy and regulatory requirements into clear, practical and auditable processes.

About the Role

You will work at the intersection of business, risk and technology, helping translate regulatory obligations and transformation objectives into structured, efficient and controlled operational processes.

Your work will directly support CPS 230 (Operational Resilience) and CPS 234 (Information Security) alignment, ensuring processes are fit for purpose, audit-ready and ready for service desk integration.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Documentation

  • Facilitate workshops to understand and map current (as-is) processes
  • Design clear, practical future state (to-be) processes
  • Produce high-quality, user-friendly process documentation

Process Uplift & Control Embedment

  • Translate policies and regulatory requirements into operational workflows
  • Embed controls aligned to CPS 230 and CPS 234
  • Ensure processes are practical, repeatable and sustainable

Traceability & Evidence Design

  • Establish end-to-end traceability: Policy → Process → Control → Evidence
  • Define how evidence is captured, stored and retrieved for audit
  • Support development of audit-ready artefacts

Service Desk & Workflow Integration

  • Work closely with Service Desk teams to translate processes into JIRA workflows
  • Support development of service catalogue and request types
  • Apply “one-time data entry, multiple use” principles

Process & Data Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies, duplication and data gaps
  • Recommend improvements to support automation and reporting
  • Contribute to improved employee experience and operational efficiency

What You Bring

You are a structured thinker and hands-on analyst who enjoys turning complexity into clarity.

You will demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
  • Ability to translate policy, standards or requirements into workflows
  • Experience working across business, technology and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a practical, delivery mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, time-boxed environments

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
  • Understanding of CPS 230 / CPS 234 or similar frameworks
  • Experience with JIRA, Visio or process modelling tools
  • Exposure to service desk or workflow-based environments

Why Join KeyInvest

  • Be part of a high-impact transformation and uplift program
  • Work on meaningful initiatives aligned to regulatory and operational resilience outcomes
  • Collaborate across business, risk and technology teams
  • Deliver outcomes that are practical, visible and valued by the organisation
