The Opportunity
We are assembling an exceptional team for the launch of our new Jaeger‑LeCoultre boutique at Chatswood Chase.
We are inviting applications for several key positions, including Client Advisor, Senior Client Advisor, Assistant Boutique Manager, and Boutique Manager. We’re looking for driven, client‑focused professionals who embody the elegance and refinement of the Jaeger‑LeCoultre brand.
As a valued member of our boutique team, you will deliver personalised, world‑class service, drive sales performance, and cultivate lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. You will also play a vital role in maintaining the boutique’s presentation and operational excellence, ensuring every client experience reflects the very best of Jaeger‑LeCoultre and Kennedy.
What you will do
- Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience that reflects Jaeger-LeCoultre and Kennedy’s luxury standards.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge to confidently share brand stories and expertise with clients.
- Ensure the boutique’s presentation, merchandising, and stock management are maintained to the highest standard.
- Assist with boutique operations, including POS transactions, cash handling, stock control, and daily opening/closing procedures.
What you will bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery or timepieces.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service etiquette.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using retail systems and CRM platforms; qualifications in business, gemology, or jewellery design are highly regarded.
- A clear Police Check is required and a RSA and First Aid certificate is advantageous
