Disability Support Worker – North Brisbane

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Our North Brisbane Locations. Each day will bring new challenges, but also the rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide hands-on support to clients in their own homes and the community helping them to live safely and independently. Your role will be both varied and impactful, ensuring clients receive the care they deserve to thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

– Supporting clients with physical disabilities.

– Assisting with household tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation and domestic tasks including cleaning.

– Help clients with daily activities like showering, dressing, toileting, medication management, and wound care.

– Support clients in engaging with community activities and social opportunities.

– Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and healthy, following care plans to promote overall well-being.

– Ensuring delivered support is according to each client’s individual needs.

Must have availability for some weekends and sleepovers
