What you’ll do You’ll be working directly with clients and candidates in the construction industry, matching qualified professionals with contract and permanent positions. This is your chance to take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from business development to closing deals. With a strong existing network and the right tools at your disposal, you’ll focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and making strategic placements that drive your success and earnings. What you’ll need – Previous experience in recruitment or a related sales environment – Strong presentation and verbal communication skills – High emotional intelligence to read situations and people effectively Sales-driven and ambitious, you’ll have the internal drive to succeed and take full advantage of uncapped earning potential. Your ability to influence outcomes and build rapport will be key to your success.
