We are a Tasmanian hospitality group with venues across Hobart and the Eastern Shore, including hotels, bars, restaurants, bottle shops, a cafe and a production kitchen. The opportunity

- Cook
- Kitchen hand
- Food and beverage attendant

- Supervisory roles

- Bottle shop attendant
Roles are available across a mix of day, night and weekend shifts, with casual, part time and full time opportunities from time to time. When a suitable vacancy comes up, we review our expression of interest applications and contact people who match what we need.

What you will do
Depending on your role, you may
- Provide bar, floor or gaming service to guests
- Prepare and serve food in our kitchens
- Support cooks and chefs with preparation, cleaning and dishwashing
- Serve customers and manage stock in our bottle shops
- Look after rooms and public areas in housekeeping
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and supervising shifts
What you will bring
- A positive attitude and strong customer focus
- Reliability and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- For bar, gaming and bottle shop roles, a current RSA (or willingness to obtain) and any required gaming accreditation
- For kitchen roles, some experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage
- For supervisory roles, previous hospitality experience and confidence leading a small team
