We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is classified under Level 2 of the Hospitality Industry (General) Award as casual.

What you’ll do:

• Clean bathrooms and public areas to resort standards

• Replace towels and amenities

• Report maintenance issues and restock supplies

• Provide friendly, professional service to our guests

• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Physical stamina and a team-focused mindset
