About Us
Jomablue is a premium enterprise event technology company, trusted by some of the world’s leading organisations to deliver complex, high-stakes events.
With over 25 years in the events industry, that heritage shows in everything we build and every event we deliver. Named ‘Best Event Management Platform’ at the Event Technology Awards and certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, the recognition reflects what we have always believed: that the people in our team matter as much as the experiences we create for our customers.
Our customers range from global tech giants to iconic Australian brands, and they come back to us because of two things: the quality of our technology and solutions, and the quality of the people behind it.
We are a close, passionate team of genuine human beings who love what we do. The kind of team where people laugh hard, hold each other to a high standard, and actually want to come to work!
If you want to do meaningful work, at a company that is growing and continues to prove itself . . . this is your chance.
The Role
The Integrated Marketing Specialist reports to the CMO and owns the execution of our marketing roadmap across 6–8 concurrent workstreams. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can run websites, paid media, automation, social, eDMs, and campaigns in parallel — and who uses AI tools as a genuine force multiplier to do it better and faster.
You will be the operational engine of an ambitious marketing function at a critical point in our scale-up. You will bring structure to complexity, quality to first drafts, and the discipline to keep multiple priorities moving without things falling through the cracks.
Critically, you are not just comfortable with AI tools — you actively use them to compress timelines, improve output quality, identify trends, and unlock workstreams that a traditional marketing operator could not run alone.
You must be motivated and passionate about great service. Within a growing team, you understand that working closely with others and being proactive helps our team be stronger and reach our goals.
When & Where
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Ultimo, NSW office.
Your Duties
- Own the weekly delivery plan across 6–8 workstreams — website, paid media, eDMs, LinkedIn, landing pages—tracking progress, flagging risks early, and keeping output moving without escalation
- Write and ship strong first drafts across all formats: newsletters, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, and web copy, consistent with Jomablue’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Manage the web and landing page pipeline end-to-end, from brief and SEO/GEO optimisation through to QA and publish
- Coordinate freelancers and agency partners with clear briefs, managed timelines, and quality review before anything goes live
- Handle day-to-day HubSpot operations: campaign setup, list management, landing page builds, automation workflows, and CRM data quality
- Monitor and report on performance across web, social, and paid channels using GA4, Semrush, and LinkedIn Insights, turning data into clear, actionable improvements
- Support Google Ads and paid social operations in partnership with our agency: assets, landing page readiness, UTM accuracy, and attribution hygiene
- Use AI tools to accelerate output, compress timelines, identify quick wins, and make marketing operations more efficient across every workstream
- Coordinate with Product and Education on content calendar inputs, product messaging, and customer comms
- Maintain internal SOPs, documentation, and monthly performance reporting across channel activity, lead volume, and pipeline contribution
Skills & Experience
While we list some skills and experience items below, we are focused on finding the right person who is excited to grow and build with our revenue and marketing operational goals.
Essential:
- 5–7 years in B2B marketing with direct, hands-on delivery responsibility across multiple channels
- Active, practical use of AI tools to improve marketing speed, output quality, and operational efficiency — not experimenting, doing
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, freelancers, and agency partners simultaneously
- Comfortable with HubSpot at a functional level: campaigns, lists, automation, and landing pages
- Solid working knowledge of GA4, SEO/GEO best practices, and paid media operations (Google Ads)
- CRM data discipline: segmentation, tagging, lead flow, and list hygiene
- Sharp judgement on tone, brand consistency, and quality — nothing ships unless it’s right
- Organised, dependable, and proactive: you communicate early, plan well, and follow through
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, event technology, or enterprise technology marketing
- A track record of AI or automation implementation that measurably improved marketing throughput
- Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or HubSpot certification experience
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Airtable, or Miro
