Johnsons MME is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advisory Administrator to join our team in Albury. This role supports our Financial Advisory team in delivering high-quality service to our clients. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, client documentation, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the advisory division. What you’ll be doing: • Providing administrative support to our Financial Advisers • Managing client records and compliance documentation • Preparing reports, forms, and client correspondence • Liaising with clients and product providers to follow up information • Assisting with appointment bookings and diary management What we’re looking for: • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services or professional services • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Excellent communication and time management • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Why Johnsons MME?
