We’re looking for experienced Mobile Plant / Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our growing team — on FIFO or DIDO mine-site rosters, or workshop-based roles. If you’re motivated, skilled and ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on a wide range of mobile plant, earthmoving, mining and heavy-duty machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and complete high-quality repairs to keep equipment running.
- Work safely, efficiently and to high standards according to site or workshop requirements.
- Use OEM-level tooling and diagnostic equipment, provided by JMH, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Follow safety guidelines, site procedures and company WHS standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Australian Trade Certificate as a Mobile Plant Mechanic or Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic.
- Proven experience as a qualified mobile plant / field service mechanic — prior mine-site or heavy-duty plant experience highly regarded.
- Strong technical, diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Reliable, proactive, team-minded and able to work independently when required.
- Good communication and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Must pass a pre-employment medical and national police check.
- Full Australian work rights. (Note: we are not sponsoring or nominating visa holders.)
