Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Security Technician who thrives within both service and project environments to join our Brisbane Team (Office location Tingalpa).
Position Description & Role Requirements
- Able to work independently with strong self-motivation as well as collaborative environments when required.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and leverage your technical expertise on large Alarm, Access Control, and IP CCTV systems.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritise tasks and executing defined deadlines.
- Travel across the Brisbane Metro Area to deliver responsive Service and Project Support.
- High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and quality assurance.
- Build trusted customer relationships and support continuous customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
Experience & Certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including IP CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems (Proven ability with large-scale projects is essential).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Strong leadership capability and the confidence to manage small teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Current Drivers Licence, Security Industry Licence, Open Cabling License (Structured Cabling Endorsement), EWP License, White Card and Working With Children Check.
