The Role – What You’ll Do

As a Service & Project Technician, you’ll:

• Manage your own schedule and work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic security systems to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Travel across the Brisbane metro area to deliver responsive service and project support.
• Build trusted customer relationships as the key link between JD Security and our clients.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults, and leverage your technical expertise on large alarm, access control, and IP CCTV systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Security Industry Licence.
• Work Cover OH&S General Induction Card.
• Cabling Licence.
• Proven ability with large-scale alarm, access control, and IP CCTV systems.
• Strong leadership capability and the confidence to manage small teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
