As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-profile security projects across commercial, enterprise, and government sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects across Sydney and beyond
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and technicians to resolve technical challenges and maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations across all worksites
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, building trust and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including ITPs, ITCs, cable schedules, drawings, and commissioning reports
- Support tender responses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within the electronic security or related industry
- Strong understanding of electronic security platforms and integration (Genetec, Axis, Avigilon, Integriti)
- Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high customer satisfaction
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting
- Current Driver’s Licence and Security Industry Licence
