Employment OS for your Business

ERP Implementation Project Manager (6-month fixed term contract)

HQ • Scoresby, Victoria 3179, Australia • Full-time

Description

Who we are :

With a deep connection to the Australian way of life, Jardan is an Australian owned business that supports local manufacturing. We drive the simple mission of making beautiful furniture pieces with a sustainable and responsible approach. Steering away from the conventional layout, our Showrooms are carefully curated and each space is a direct translation of how the furniture, homewares, art and lighting can exist in unison.

Our Head Office, Sales and Production teams work together, evolving ideas and solving problems. What started as a team of eight has now grown to over 220 staff members that all live and breathe a collaborative ethos.

What we are looking for :

Step into a pivotal leadership role driving one of the most significant digital transformations in our company’s history. We are currently executing an enterprise-wide technology uplift, centered on the implementation of Epicor Kinetic, a website overhaul, and the integration of Shopify POS across our retail network.

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Implementation Project Manager, on a 6-month fixed-term contract, to steer this complex program through its most critical phases. This is more than a software rollout; it is a fundamental transformation of our operational foundation. You will be responsible for stabilizing delivery, mitigating risk, and ensuring a seamless, controlled transition into production.

Reporting to the Executive team and based onsite at our HQ in Scoresby, you will bridge the gap between technical vendors and business departments (Finance, Operations, and Sales) to ensure the system delivers its full strategic value. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

What the role entails :

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead the implementation of Epicor Kinetic, Epicor CPQ, and Shopify (Web/POS), ensuring all modules align with business requirements.
  • Phase Mastery: Drive the project through System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the final Go-Live sequence.
  • Operational Readiness: Own the cutover planning and business readiness activities to ensure zero disruption to manufacturing and retail operations.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary interface between third-party integrators and internal department heads to ensure accountability and timeline adherence.
  • Change Advocacy: Champion user adoption through structured training programs, clear communication, and hands-on support for cross-functional teams.
  • Governance: Provide transparent executive reporting and lead Steering Committee updates regarding budget, risk, and milestone progress.

About you :

  • Intensive ERP Expertise: A proven track record of leading multiple full-lifecycle ERP implementations, specifically within complex manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Epicor Specialist: Deep, hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic is essential. Familiarity with Epicor CPQ is highly regarded.
  • Integrated Ecosystems: Strong technical understanding of systems integration (specifically ERP to Shopify/eCommerce), data migration, and UAT protocols.
  • Crisis & Stability Management: Proven ability to bring order and focus to high-pressure environments, particularly during the “final mile” of go-live.
  • Commercial Acumen: Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across Finance, Operations, and Sales.
  • Industry Background: Extensive experience in Manufacturing is required; additional experience in the Retail sector is a significant advantage.

What we provide :

  • We are proud of our people what their individual talents are, and we reward our people right from the very beginning. We will provide you with:
  • Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.
  • Beautiful workspaces
  • A great team environment who all work as one
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program
  • Competitive salary
  • Generous staff discounts on both furniture and homewares
