Senior Strata Manager – Join the Jamesons Team
Since 1963, Jamesons has been rethinking what strata management can be. What began as a single office has grown into more than 13 branches across NSW, but our focus has always remained the same, people.
Our team sits at the centre of everything we do, alongside the owners and committee members we support every day. We’re proud of the business we’ve built over the past six decades, and we’re equally focused on what comes next, continuing to invest in our people, our systems, and the
way we support strata communities.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join our team.
This is a role for someone who understands strata deeply and enjoys the challenge and responsibility that comes with it. You will work closely with committees and owners, helping guide decisions, solve problems, and ensure buildings are well run and well cared for. At its heart,
the role is about creating clarity and confidence for the communities you manage.

As a Senior Strata Manager at Jamesons, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Annual General Meetings and committee meetings with confidence and preparation
- Managing the day-to-day operation of your portfolio, from routine matters through to major works
- Overseeing building finances, including budgets and financial planning
- Providing clear, practical advice to owners and committees
- Managing insurance renewals and claims
- Ensuring compliance with NSW strata legislation
- Navigating complex situations or disputes with professionalism and sound judgement
- Using technology and internal support teams to deliver efficient, responsive service
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who brings both capability and perspective to the role.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in strata management
- A current strata management licence
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- A genuine interest in helping people and improving the communities you work with
