James Milson Village is seeking an experienced RegisteredNurse to join our team on permanent night shifts at our residential aged care home in North Sydney.

This role is ideal for an RN who is confident working overnight, comfortable being RN in Charge, and committed to safe, accountable,person‑centred care.

About the role

• Permanent night shifts (no rotation)
• Clinical responsibility for the home overnight
• Supervision and support of care staff
• Clinical assessment, escalation, documentation and medication management
• Calm, professional leadership during night hours

About you

• Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills
• Experience working independently or in charge (aged care, acute or sub‑acute)
• Reliable, accountable and genuinely suited to night shift work
• Aged care experience highly regarded (acute nurses welcome)
