James Milson Village is building a casual pool of Registered Nurses to support night shifts at our residential aged care home in North Sydney.

This opportunity suits experienced RNs who prefer casual flexibility, enjoy night work, and are confident providing safe, accountable care overnight.

The role

As a casual night shift RN, you will:

• Provide clinical care and oversight during overnight shifts
• Support and supervise care staff to ensure resident safety
• Respond to clinical issues, escalation and documentation requirements
• Step into RN‑in‑charge responsibilities when required

Shifts are offered based on operational need, planned leave and surge coverage.

About you

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Experience working night shifts as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and overnight
• Reliable, professional and genuinely suited to night work

Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded. Nurses with acute or sub‑acute backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
