We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join our Operations Support Team. The role
This position sits at the heart of the Operations Team. You’ll coordinate staffing and rostering across services, builsing and maintaining forward rosters aligned to attendance and ratio requirements, support rostering workflows, and keep workforce data and records in great shape. You’ll validate recruitment requests based on workforce need and work closely with Service Managers to ensure rosters are compliant and efficient.

What you’ll be doing
Staffing & Rostering Coordination
- Build and maintain forward rosters aligned to attendance and ratios
- Validate recruitment requests based on confirmed workforce need
- Work with Service Managers to ensure rosters are compliant and efficient
- Escalate staffing gaps and risks as they arise
Reporting & Records Management
- Support services to maintain accurate employee availability
- Support leave tracking and staff movements
- Provide accurate data entry to support payroll and rostering systems
Agency Support Coordination
- Review and track agency staffing requests and costs
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with wider OSHC Operations and Jabiru Shared services teams
- Look for ways to improve workflows, systems and communication
About you
You’ll thrive if you are:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experienced in administration, rostering, workforce coordination or similar roles
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 and comfortable working with data
- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines
- Professional and confident handling sensitive information
- (Bonus) Familiar with education, childcare, community services, HR or payroll systems
