As Operations Support, you’ll play a key role in keeping our program running smoothly. This fast paced, purpose driven role suits someone organised, proactive, and ready to make a real impact.

You’ll support daily operations, workforce activities, and essential admin tasks alongside a passionate, supportive team. You’ll play a key role by supporting the Operations Leader, Practice Leader, Program Coordinators, CEO, and Caregivers with essential day to day admin.

No two days are the same in this values-driven team, and your work will directly contribute to creating safe and supportive environments for youth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Leader, CEO, and Youth Services team.
  • Answer and direct calls, delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage emails, set reminders, and follow up on tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate electronic workforce files and young people’s databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training arrangements, and room/meeting setup.
  • Process purchase orders, petty cash, receipts, and other finance-related submissions.
  • Submit daily Capacity Listing and, when required Bed Count forms to Child Safety.
  • Ensure compliance of documentation including LCS2, LCS6, Wellbeing Debrief Records, and Continuous Improvement Register updates.
  • Assist with audit preparation, Child Safety inspections, and reporting requirements.
  • Organise vehicle cleaning and servicing for ITEC-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain confidential and effective record keeping systems.
  • Support other operational tasks as directed by the Operations Leader or CEO.

About You

You’re a strong communicator, highly organised, and thrive in a team environment.

You’ll succeed if you have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to engage in upskilling opportunities to further develop skillset, necessary to the role.

What You’ll Need

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Blue Card (Working with Children).
  • Ability to undergo LCS2 clearance.
