IT Integrity is a leader in integrated security solutions, combining physical security, cyber security, and network infrastructure to help clients maximise their technology investments. We are expanding our team and seeking a driven Solutions Engineer to design, demo and assist the sales team with converged security solutions across both digital and physical security domains.

Role Objective

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team based out of Sydney. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to design, implement, and support innovative integrated digital and physical security solutions.

Support the expansion of IT Integrity’s security business, working with expert team members, key vendor / partners to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and point person for “Physical” solution engagements which will be a combination of cutting-edge surveillance / access control and alarms technology, network infrastructure, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, and integration into Microsoft identity management (SSO) and cyber security platforms etc…

• Be the trusted technical advisor to stakeholders (CTOs, CISOs, IT Executives, Security Engineers, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and design tailored security solutions

• Conduct desktop assessments using floor plans to map hardware needs

• Collaborate with key vendors, partners and IT Integrity teams to validate designs

• Deliver product demos and presentations (virtual and in-office)

• Perform site walks and finalize solution designs

• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot deployments

• Oversee deployments from a technical QA perspective

• Learn and train clients on key vendor technology solutions

• Integrate multiple vendor technologies into cohesive solutions

• Assist with support issues and troubleshooting

• Contribute to improvements in policy and process for physical security offerings

• Work across multiple technologies and vendor platforms to deliver end-to-end solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Cybersecurity, Networking, IT Security, Computer Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and Layer 2 devices

• Experience with Microsoft networking (Active Directory / EntraID)

• Solid background in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Willingness to obtain a Class 2 Security License

• Willingness to obtain certification in key vendor solutions

• Other industry certifications are a plus (e.g., Network+, Security+, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect)
