We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute our campaigns, messaging and marketing programs. This is a mid-level role where you get to be both manager and
hands on, guided by a senior marketing strategist and supported by a skilled marketing coordinator. You will translate our strategy into high impact campaigns that generate pipeline and strengthen our brand in the IT market.

The Role
You’ll take campaign program strategies and turn them into real marketing outcomes – executing across digital, events, content, advertising and partner campaigns.
You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, vendors and your marketing team to deliver structured,
measurable campaigns that drive growth.
This role suits someone who enjoys both creative marketing and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership & Execution
- Build and manage monthly campaign calendars and workflows
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, events and content
- Create campaign messaging, landing pages and supporting collateral
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure consistent delivery
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Execute email marketing and nurture sequences
- Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn, Google Ads and other paid campaigns
- Manage digital performance optimisation and A/B testing
- Develop landing pages and conversion-focused campaign assets
Content & Copywriting
- Write high-quality campaign copy, email sequences, blogs and case studies
- Translate technical services into clear, compelling business messaging
- Develop thought leadership content across cybersecurity cloud, IT governance and AI
Events & Webinars
- Plan and run webinars, partner events and client events
- Coordinate registrations, messaging and event promotion
- Ensure events generate measurable pipeline and engagement
Vendor & Partner Marketing
- Execute joint campaigns with key vendors (including Microsoft and cybersecurity partners)
- Manage MDF claims, partner portals and co-marketing initiatives
- Coordinate vendor campaigns, webinars and promotions
Sales Alignment
- Work closely with the sales team on campaign briefs, nurture flows and enablement
- Develop battlecards, campaign summaries and follow-up programs
- Support pipeline generation through targeted marketing activity
CRM, Automation & Reporting
- Manage campaign lists, segmentation and reporting in HubSpot
- Build marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns
- Track campaign performance and produce monthly reporting on marketing ROI
Website & Digital Assets
- Manage website updates, landing pages and content refreshes
- Ensure campaign pages align with conversion and SEO goals
About You
You’re a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution but especially bringing ideas to life.
You’re organised, commercially aware and comfortable working across campaigns, digital
marketing, content and marketing operations.
Experienced in B2B services, technology, MSP or channel environment.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
- Strong campaign management and execution skills
- Excellent copywriting and messaging ability
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing email marketing and nurture programs
- High attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with sales, vendors and leadership
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools in marketing
Highly Desirable
- HubSpot experience
- Knowledge of the IT channel / MSP / technology services
- Experience with partner marketing and MDF programs
- Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing experience
- Event and webinar campaign management
