Project Manager

About the Role

Join Ip.Glass as a Project Manager and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge network, security, and cyber services to our clients. You’ll own the full project lifecycle — from planning and scheduling to stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement — working closely with our Managing Director and a collaborative internal team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment, builds strong client relationships, and knows how to keep complex projects on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and improve the delivery of network, network security, and cyber service projects
• Build and maintain robust project frameworks, schedules, and risk/issue registers
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact
• Participate in Security Risk Assessments and Change Control processes
• Drive ongoing service improvements in collaboration with clients and the Ip.Glass team
• Support business service management activities as required

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate IV in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)

Project Management certification — PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum

Experience

5+ years in a similar project management role, ideally within IT or network services

Skills

Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, firewalls, and network security

Familiarity with network hardware including routers, switches, servers, VPNs, and hubs

Strong people management, communication, and presentation skills

Excellent time management — you can juggle multiple project workstreams without missing a beat
