Associate Network Security Engineer (Off Shore, Europe or Americas) – Remote

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Understand and work effectively with the clients’ IT infrastructure including the network environment and infrastructure
• Assist with helpdesk tasks, tracking and assignments. 
• Assign and resolve support requests
• Building excellent relationships and communication with customers
• Participate in IP Glass helpdesk activities, including resolving the tickets as required
• Implementation and support of enterprise technologies as per customer requirements

• Assist with IP Glass project tasks and operational responsibilities

Skills & Experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Information Technology or relevant experience

Experience

• At least 1 years experience in a similar role with strong technical foundations

Skills

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols equipment, firewalls and network security
• Basic experience with network hardware and infrastructure such as routers, hubs, servers, VPNs and switches
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good time management skills to coordinate various project aspects
