This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team while helping expand services in the region.
This role would particularly suit an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist ready to step into leadership while remaining actively involved in client care.
About the Role
You will support a mixed caseload across the lifespan, including Support at Home, aged care, NDIS and private clients.
Services are delivered across clinic, home and community environments, with flexibility to lean into areas of clinical interest or specialty.
Alongside your clinical work, you will mentor clinicians and contribute to the ongoing growth of services in Toowoomba.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver occupational therapy or physiotherapy services across clinic and community settings
- Support clients across Support at Home, aged care, NDIS and private services
- Mentor and supervise clinicians and support student placements
- Support day-to-day team coordination and clinical service delivery
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
- Contribute to service development and regional growth
About You
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
- Minimum 4+ years clinical experience preferred
- Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
- Experience working with mixed community caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Current driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- COVID and flu vaccination evidence
- Full working rights in Australia
