We are offering an exciting opportunity to help grow and shape a physiotherapy role within a new and expanding multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast. Based out of the Vitality Movement Centre, this role offers clinical variety, autonomy, and the chance to work alongside a collaborative team of Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and Physiotherapists.

About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position based on the Sunshine Coast.
You will support primarily Support at Home and aged care clients, with opportunities to work with NDIS and private community referrals. Services are delivered across home, community, clinic and gym-based environments, including programs delivered through the Vitality Movement Centre.
This role offers genuine opportunity to build the physiotherapy service locally, develop referral relationships, and contribute to shaping how the service grows within the wider multidisciplinary team.
There is also scope to develop special interest areas such as:
- Falls prevention
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Chronic disease management
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Functional reconditioning
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy assessment and treatment across community, home, clinic and gym environments
- Provide rehabilitation for mobility, balance, strength, falls prevention, chronic pain and post-surgical recovery
- Support aged care and Support at Home clients to optimise function and independence
- Provide services to NDIS and private clients across a range of presentations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology and Dietetics
- Manage your own caseload and build referral relationships within the local community
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
About You
- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Previous clinical experience required (not suitable for new graduates)
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work autonomously
- Experience or interest in aged care, Support at Home, NDIS or community rehabilitation
- Current driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of COVID and influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willingness to travel primarily across the Sunshine Coast, with occasional wider travel by agreement
