Are you a caring, positive, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting people in your community? Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our dynamic team in Maryborough.
In this casual role, you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people with chronic illness, mental health issues, disability or other conditions— helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide:
- Respite care
- Domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Social support services
- Meal preparation services
Your work will empower individuals to continue their daily routines and feel supported in their own homes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Assistant in Nursing or Nursing
- Bring hands-on experience in supporting people and their carers
- Understand the importance of dignity, empathy, and partnership in care
- Want to be part of a team that genuinely cares and supports each other
