Description

Senior Accountant

Integricare is a not-for-profit organisation with more than 100 years of experience supporting children and families. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee our accounting operations and help us continue our mission to nurture curiosity, confidence, and faith in our communities.

You will join a supportive head office team that works together to help staff serving children and families. Our values-driven workplace encourages excellence, care, teamwork, and growth in our diverse community.

About the Role

As a Senior Accountant at Integricare, you will be pivotal to our organisation’s financial health. You will lead accounting operations, drive compliance, and deliver clear financial insights that shape strategic decisions. Your work will include preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, managing budgets, and monitoring financial performance. You’ll also improve systems, mentor junior staff, collaborate across teams, and proactively address risks, all to help sustain and strengthen Integricare’s mission of supporting children and families.

About You

You are a qualified accountant (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar and CPA, CA qualification) with at least five years’ experience, preferably in the not-for-profit or childcare sector. You have a strong grasp of accounting principles, experience with accounting systems, and a proven ability in government funding and grant reporting. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication enable you to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and complex compliance requirements. Driven by high ethical standards and a genuine passion for early childhood education, you are committed to supporting Integricare’s financial sustainability and positive community impact.

If you want to make a difference, apply now and help us create positive outcomes for children and families at Integricare.

Integricare is committed to being a Child Safe organisation. We adopt the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and uphold the highest standards of child safety and wellbeing in all our practices.

Integricare is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all people and make employment decisions based on merit and genuine job requirements. We believe every person is created in God’s image, fearfully and wonderfully made, and we seek to reflect that truth by treating all individuals with dignity, respect, and care.
