As Regional Manager, you will guide and support Centre Managers to uphold the highest standards, creating safe, inclusive environments where children feel they belong and staff continually grow and make a positive impact.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Early Childhood Education and Centre Managers to set and deliver the strategic direction for your region, ensuring high-quality learning, compliance, and service. You will lead, coach, and support your team to maintain excellence across all centres, embedding Integricare’s Christian values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with families and communities. Your responsibilities include overseeing compliance, staff development, operational efficiency, leading projects, change and improvement initiatives and proactive risk management to ensure positive outcomes for children, families, and staff.
