Join Integricare…Curiosity Lives Here!
At Integricare, we nurture curiosity, confidence, and faith within a warm, Christian community. Every child is seen, heard, and encouraged to explore the world through play, learning, and imagination.
We are seeking passionate educators to join our Pendle Hill Preschool team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of educators to provide child-led learning and play in a faith-informed, values-driven environment. A true village that supports the whole family.
We are committed to finding the right person. Whether you’re looking for full time or part time, fixed term or permanent opportunities, we would love to hear from you!
About You
You hold an ACECQA-approved certificate III qualification and have a solid understanding of early learning frameworks and standards, including the EYLF and National Quality Framework and NQS. You hold a valid Working With Children Check. Most importantly, no matter your personal faith, you support Integricare’s Christian vision, mission, and values, contributing to a community where faith and learning go hand in hand.
You bring a positive outlook, a proactive approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’re eager to contribute ideas, take initiative, and seek opportunities to make things better every day. You have experience supporting children’s learning and development and delivering an approved learning framework to create a positive learning environment.
You are passionate about building positive relationships with children and families and have the communication skills to make those connections meaningful. You take care to support children’s daily routines and pay close attention to detail when complying with service policies and legislative requirements.
