Position Title: NDIS Operations & Compliance Coordinator

Reports To: Operations Manager / Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive NDIS Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, coordinating HR administration, and managing client intake and onboarding processes.

This is a key “all-rounder” role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing compliance, people, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

NDIS Compliance & Quality

  • Maintain and update policies and procedures in line with NDIS Practice Standards
  • Monitor compliance requirements, including worker screening, training, and certifications
  • Support audit preparation and ongoing quality improvement activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records
  • Assist with incident reporting and documentation

HR Administration

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, qualifications, and compliance checks
  • Track staff training and mandatory certifications (e.g. First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening)
  • Support performance review processes and HR documentation
  • Assist with general HR enquiries and administrative tasks

Client Intake & Onboarding

  • Manage incoming client enquiries and referrals
  • Conduct intake processes and collect required documentation
  • Prepare service agreements and ensure accurate client records
  • Liaise with clients, families, and support coordinators
  • Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience

About You

  • Experience in the NDIS, disability, or community services sector
  • Strong understanding of NDIS compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, HR coordination, or client services
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or client management systems

Desirable

  • Experience preparing for NDIS audits
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment compliance
  • Certificate or qualification in business administration, HR, or community services
