Inspired Living QLD is a trauma-informed registered NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) across Queensland.
We are now seeking a Management Accountant to play a critical role in strengthening our financial systems, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic growth.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a proactive Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will work closely with leadership to drive financial clarity, accountability, and performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including reconciliations and financial reporting packs.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts across multiple cost centres and SIL properties.
Variance Analysis: Provide detailed financial insights, identify trends, and explain variances to senior leadership.
Commercial & Operational Support: Partner with department leads to improve financial performance and decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in financial systems and implement scalable processes to support growth.
NDIS & Payroll Oversight: Support financial alignment across SCHADS Award structures, payroll, and participant billing.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant (mid-level or above)
- Experience in NDIS, healthcare, or other high-compliance sectors highly regarded
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards
- Strong systems experience (Xero, Excel, Employment Hero preferred)
- High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving business environment
