The Opportunity:
At Inspection Express, we’re a leading mobile and cloud-based PropTech company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our testing team to support our product team in developing new features and improvements.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality and enjoys being hands-on across the entire testing process. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our product meets a high standard, identifying and logging bug reports, collaborating with developers, and cooperating with customer support to help identify client issues.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct manual testing across our iOS app and desktop platform
- Perform regression testing for new app releases
- Ascertain feature requirements and design your own test scenarios, as well as performing ad-hoc testing
- Collaborate closely with developers and the product team
- Write clear, actionable bug reports and follow through to resolution

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are comfortable working in an adaptable, agile environment with evolving requirements and priorities
- Are confident in your own skills to test and determine when a release is “done” to your own satisfaction
- Are capable of working without formal documentation and enjoy asking questions and interrogating the product to build your own understanding of how it works
Requirements:
- MUST have strong manual testing skills with past experience
- MUST work full-time from our Mitcham office
- MUST have unrestricted working rights in Australia
