About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to combine their expertise with a genuine passion for travel! If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Design personalised Australian travel experiences and itineraries
- Manage bookings, including amendments, documentation and supplier coordination
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline to maximise conversion and revenue
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout the travel journey
- Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
About You
You are someone who genuinely loves travel and enjoys helping people create memorable experiences. You also bring:
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Previous experience in travel consulting, preferably in the inbound Australian market
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence in managing multiple bookings and priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
- Comfortable using CRMs, booking platforms and digital tools
- Experience in travel, tourism, or sales
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Second language proficiency is an asset

This is a full-time, permanent role based on the Sunshine Coast. Please note that weekend and public holiday work is required.
