White Card Trainer

Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering quality training, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a supportive and friendly team.

We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated, friendly, and organised person to join our Capalaba team as a White Card Trainer.

About the Role:

• Deliver White Card training sessions
• Support student enrolments and administrative processes
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Assist with general training administration as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Current White Card Trainer competency (TAE qualification & CPCCWHS1001 unit or equivalent)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
• Reliability and consistent attendance is essential
