Inscope Training (RTO #40926) is a leading provider of vocational education and training, specialising in trade-based apprenticeships and nationally recognised short courses. We pride ourselves on offering a blended learning experience that combines both online and hands-on training, fostering both professional and personal growth for our students.

We are seeking a passionate and qualified plasterer. This role involves delivering training and assessment to apprentice students across Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Travelling to sites within Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
  • Ensure high-quality training is provided to students.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students/clients via all communication channels (verbal or written).
  • Supporting students in their studies throughout their apprenticeship
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders
  • Build relationships with students/clients as well as the Inscope team
  • Support implementation of new systems
  • Conduct regular on-site visits with apprentices and employers
  • Conduct in-house training with apprentices.

  • Essential Selection CriteriaDemonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the wall and ceiling lining trade and current industry practices, including holding a CPC31220 Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or hold a current one.
  • Optional to hold [White Card] CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the construction Industry (or equivalent)
  • Current and valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to plan and organize training, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students/clients and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Good computer skills or the ability to acquire them
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures for online data bases (both internal and external).
