Training Co-Ordinator

Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland. We’re passionate about education, supporting our students, and building a team that feels more like a family.

We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated, friendly, and organised person to join our Sydney Penrith team as a Training Coordinator, and no experience is required!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship training

• Scheduling on-site and in-house training with employers

• Monitoring student progress

• Student life-cycle administration tasks

• Communicating with students, trainers, and employers.

Who We’re Looking For We don’t need you to have experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude.

• Confident and professional on the phone and in person

• Friendly, helpful, and a team player

• Willing to learn, take direction, and follow processes

• Great with detail and like to stay organised

• Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
