The Role
In your role as Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth through the proactive acquisition of new clients and the development of strategic long-term partnerships. Operating at the front end of Ingenuity’s product development lifecycle, you will identify, qualify, and develop advanced technology product opportunities aligned with our Ideal Client Profile. Your primary focus is pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, and meaningful market engagement that supports sustainable revenue growth.
You will represent Ingenuity confidently within the market by initiating new conversations, strengthening brand presence, and positioning the organisation as a trusted thought leader in advanced technology product development. Working closely with the Marketing team and internal subject matter experts, you will convert early-stage engagement into well-defined, commercially sound development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities are:
- Identifying and engaging target organisations aligned with Ingenuity’s strategic growth objectives and Ideal Client Profile
- Representing Ingenuity at industry events, networking forums, and strategic meetings to initiate high-quality new conversations
- Qualifying opportunities by assessing technical feasibility, commercial viability, decision-makers, and strategic fit
- Prioritising quality over volume, focusing on well-aligned, advanced technology product development programs
- Collaborating closely with Marketing to align outreach efforts, provide feedback on lead quality, and contribute market insights
- Working with subject matter experts to translate early discussions into clearly defined project briefs and proposal-ready opportunities
- Maintaining clear pipeline visibility, performance metrics, and accountability for qualified opportunities and conversion performance
- Identifying and proposing improvements to business development processes to enhance efficiency, clarity, and results

Skill and Experience
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a working visa
- Hold a relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification from a reputable institution
- Demonstrated success in newbusiness development within complex B2B environments, preferably within engineering consultancy, advanced technology, or technical services sectors
- Foundational understanding ofthe end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through to production
- Ability to confidently engage senior technical and commercial stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing opportunity pipelines and working toward defined growth targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking capability aligned with a premium professional brand
- Driven, proactive, resilient, and aligned with Ingenuity’s core values
Location
Our Sydney office is located in the North Ryde technology area with convenient access by road and public transport.
We provide workplace flexibility by allowing staff to work from home for part of the week.
