What we’re looking for
We’re planning ahead for 2026 and there is an exciting infrastructure pipeline and we would love to bring more people into the IAG family.
We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with 12 years or more relevant experience to join our Delivery and Engineering team in the Sydney office. If you know your way around major projects, government programs, constructability assessments, commercial management, governance frameworks, delivery strategies, procurement cycles, and everything else in between, we are keen to talk.
Your experience may be anywhere across the project lifecycle, from planning through design, procurement, or into project delivery, completions and handover; whether it be in transport, energy, water, defence, health, civic or social infrastructure sectors; you may have worked as a construction engineer or consultant; in a delivery and/or engineering management role with a construction contractor or engineering consultancy; or working on major projects as part of a Government department, we would love to hear from you.
