About Infinity
Infinity Group is a national financial services and education business, headquartered on the Gold Coast, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Wollongong, and a growing international presence.
We help everyday Australians take control of their finances through financial education, practical money strategies and disciplined budgeting frameworks — with a strong focus on reducing debt and building long‑term wealth. Our clients range from first‑home buyers to seasoned investors, and our work has a genuine, measurable impact on their financial wellbeing.
Infinity has experienced significant growth in recent years and now employs over 200 people nationally. Despite this scale, we remain founder‑led and values‑driven. Founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm (The Money Mentor) are closely involved in the business, maintaining a strong focus on culture, quality and long‑term outcomes for both clients and employees.
High‑quality content and live experiences are central to Infinity’s brand. We deliver large‑scale client events, immersive educational programs, podcasts and digital content designed to educate, engage and build community. Our production output spans social media, long‑form video, podcasting, live events and paid media, and continues to expand as the business scales nationally and internationally.
Giving back is also important to us. Through initiatives such as the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, Infinity raised over $250,000 in 2024 and more than $1,000,000 in 2025 to support families in need, with further growth planned in 2026 and beyond.
The Role
This is an editor‑first role for someone who can take raw footage and shape it into high‑retention, emotionally engaging content across social, podcasts, events and paid media.
Editing and post‑production is the core focus. You’ll also support content capture when required. This role involves travel and occasional work outside standard business hours to cover events and production schedules.
Core Responsibilities
-
Edit and deliver short‑form and long‑form video content across social, podcast and event formats using Adobe Premiere Pro
-
Own post‑production quality, including colour, audio, pacing and platform‑specific finishing (with motion graphics where needed)
-
Shape stories for performance, turning raw footage into engaging content designed for retention and shareability
-
Support production capture for key shoots and events (camera, lighting and audio setups on location and in studio)
-
Maintain efficient project workflows, including file organisation and handover of final assets ready for publishing
Skills & Experience
-
2+ years editing and producing video content with a strong storytelling focus
-
Advanced Premiere Pro capability (end‑to‑end editing workflow)
- Proven ability to edit both short‑form and long‑form content for digital platforms
- Confident operating a professional camera kit (Sony preferred) and basic lighting/audio setups
- Working ability with Photoshop and Canva for supporting assets (thumbnails, simple graphics)
Portfolio Requirements
A portfolio/showreel demonstrating:
-
Short‑form social edits (pacing, hooks, retention, captions/packaging)
-
Long‑form edits (story structure, audio management, continuity, polish) (mandatory)
- Clear examples of your role in the process (editing only vs edit + shoot)
Highly regarded: motion graphics capability, drone footage experience, or strong colour grading workflow.
