About Infinity Group Australia

Are you the kind of person who puts the shopping trolley back?

It seems small, but it says everything. At Infinity, we’re powered by people who take ownership, lead with integrity, and genuinely want to make a difference.

We help everyday Australian families conquer debt and build wealth through financial education, practical strategies, and disciplined budgeting frameworks. Our clients regularly shave 10–20 years off their home loan and save significant interest through our Rapid Repay program.

With dedicated Brokerage, Strategy, and Property teams (and client events that attract up to 2,500 people), we guide clients from their very first budget through to their first investment property and well beyond. Many of our clients (and team members) progress from paying off a home loan to building investment portfolios of 5, 10, or even 15+ properties. At every stage, education remains the cornerstone of success.

As we continue to scale, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm (The Money Mentor) remain deeply connected to the business, keeping our mission personal, powerful, and people-first.

The role

We are growing our Relationship Manager team AGAIN.

We’re looking for multiple confident, empathetic, driven individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are ready to take full ownership of client relationships. At Infinity, you won’t find scripts or robotic processes – we deal with real people and want real conversations.

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be a key player in guiding clients toward financial freedom. You’ll provide structured support with empathy and accountability, helping them stay on track with their home loan repayment journey, including budgeting, debt reduction, long-term financial goals and ultimately, investment properties.

Think of yourself as a personal trainer – but instead of physical fitness, you’ll be coaching clients toward financial fitness.

What Makes Us Different

This isn’t your standard finance role (previous finance experience isn’t even required) and we’re not your standard finance company.

  • The client isn’t always right. Real transformation takes honesty, sometimes a cuddle, sometimes a slap.
  • We’re bold, disruptive, and unapologetically different. (Check out our socials and you’ll see exactly what we mean.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor an assigned client base through monthly check-ins and annual reviews
  • Hold clients accountable to their financial strategy and progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to deliver holistic financial support
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and ensure timely rate reviews
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client records
  • Resolve queries professionally and ensure a seamless experience alongside Finance Strategists and support teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally involving virtual check-ins, coaching, or accountability support
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability
  • Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to flexible hours
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to high ethical and professional standards
  • Experience in financial services, mortgage lending or property will be advantageous

Additionally, all Infinity employees must pass a credit history check (min. score of 600) and a police check, provide two professional references from current or previous employers, and hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Why Join Infinity?

At Infinity, we don’t just change our clients’ lives, we change the lives of our people too. Here’s what joining our team means for you and your family:

  • Financial Empowerment – Free access to become an Infinity client, including support from our mortgage brokers, advisers, strategists, and relationship managers (who wouldn’t love to pay off their home loan in under 7 years?!)
  • Career Growth – Infinity has grown rapidly and we’re only getting started. With rapid growth comes rapid opportunity. The opportunity for earning potential and progression is endless here at Infinity
  • Competitive Remuneration – We hire the best, and we reward the best. Joining Infinity could be the perfect step to achieving your financial goals
  • First-Class Onboarding – Includes an all-expenses-paid trip to our Gold Coast HQ, where your infinity journey will begin

At Infinity, giving back is part of who we are. Through initiatives like the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, in 2025 our team helped raise over $1,000,000 to support children and families in need.

Ready to Join Us?

If you’re someone who puts the shopping trolley back – not because you have to, but because it’s the right thing to do – you’ll fit right in here.

We’re building a team of people who take ownership, bring energy, and genuinely want to be better every day – professionally and personally.

Submit your application today or reach out directly to Lachlan Baldwin – Talent Manager at Infinity Group via LinkedIn if you’ve got questions or just want to chat about the role.
